The primary objective of the TNOiK student study club at the Faculty of Management, Czestochowa University of Technology, is to develop and animate scientific life among students by arousing their interest in scientific and research work, and broadening their knowledge of organisational management and leadership.
The specific aims of the club as defined in its statutes
- To conduct scientific research, observations and analyses concerning the management of organisations under the leadership of the club supervisor or/and appointed academic staff of the Faculty of Management, TNOiK members
- To develop the interests of the club’s members in the broadly understood concept of organisational management, as well as popularise the achievements of the club’s members among students of Czestochowa University of Technology and beyond
- To organise meetings, discussions, training sessions, seminars and scientific conferences, as well as thematic workshops, presentations and other cultural events within the field of management issues
- To establish cooperation with other student study clubs and organisations, also from outside the University
- To establish contacts and cooperation with business and to assist in the organisation of practical training and student internships
- To acquire literature and materials necessary to study and conduct scientific research in the field of interest of the club’s members
- To promote the Scientific Society of Organisation and Management of the Faculty of Management and Czestochowa University of Technology.
