The main aim of the student study club “Bookkeeper” is to spread knowledge of accounting theory and practice, to instil ethical attitudes in performing the profession of accountants and auditors, and to keep abreast of changes in accounting and taxation. An important aspect of the club's activities is to emphasise the link between accounting and business management.

Since 2011, the student study club has been organising scientific conferences, during which the latest research in accounting theory and practice has been presented. The conferences are directed to all students interested in accounting topics, not only to club members. Particularly valuable is the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience of accounting practitioners – the representatives of the Polish Chamber of Expert Auditors and the Accountants Association in Poland, who are invited to the conferences.
