In the course of the studies for a master's degree in Management, you will acquire theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of management sciences and related sciences regarding the nature, regularities, and problems of the functioning of organisations – companies, public institutions, and non-profit organisations. In the course of the studies, you will be prepared to carry out basic functions in the management of processes and undertakings in economic, administrative, public and local government institutions. You will become familiar with tools that support the ability to recognise, diagnose and solve problems in the management of the human, material or financial resources of an organisation. During your studies, you will learn effective organisational risk management as well as teamwork, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills. The knowledge, skills and competencies you acquire will form a solid foundation for working as a specialist in company organisation and management, as a manager, and also for running your own business.

Specialisation in Entrepreneurship and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

The specialisation in Entrepreneurship and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises is oriented towards the development of the qualities and attitudes necessary to fulfil the role of an entrepreneur in the economy. By choosing this specialisation, you will not only acquire practical knowledge in the field of SME management, but you will also have great perspectives for the development of your own personality. During the studies, you will learn to effectively identify and exploit emerging market opportunities. Your knowledge, skills and competencies in the area of entrepreneurship and management will form a solid foundation for launching your own company and managing its development as well as will meet the requirements not only of employers in the SME sector but also of multinational corporations.

Specialisation in Business Marketing Management

The specialisation in Business Marketing Management focuses on exploring methods for getting to know customers and influencing their decisions. By choosing this specialisation, you will become a specialist in applying modern, multi-channel marketing to the company you work for or want to create. We will teach you to apply your marketing skills and knowledge in practice. There is no theory, just continuous series of workshops, exercises, projects, individual and team work. If you have a flair for marketing and are interested in the Internet, marketing research, and modern forms of influencing purchase decisions, you will gain nothing but benefits by choosing this specialisation.

If you choose our specialisation, you will learn how to act in a changing environment. You will learn to recognise how modern companies target their customers, how to serve customers, as well as how to carry out research, plan marketing activities and create a strategy for your business.

Specialisation in Human Resource Management

The aim of the Human Resources Management specialisation is to teach students to develop their interpersonal competencies in order to use them professionally and effectively in human resources and management. Studying this specialisation allows you to acquire the skills necessary to create leaders, resolve conflicts, acquire and develop corporate human capital perceived as a source of company value.

You will learn

You will gain a wide range of knowledge, thanks to which you will acquire the basic skills necessary to carry out activities in human resources related to the implementation of the human resources process, including in particular the knowledge of labour law, constructing job descriptions, carrying out the employee recruitment process, recording working time and calculating salaries. You will acquire skills in identifying and creating leaders, solving conflicts and negotiating.

Your future

As a graduate of our specialisation, you will be prepared to work in national and international companies as a specialist in the personnel department, managing the most important resources of an organisation, i.e., human resources, recruitment and employment, and payroll, as well as being a manager and specialist in the human resources consulting industry.

Health Services Administrator Specialisation (full-time studies)

The Health Services Administrator specialisation enables you to acquire reliable knowledge, skills and competencies that are valued and sought after in the labour market in the field of management, administrative and clinical services of medical entities. The aim of this specialisation is to provide you with expert knowledge combined with practical skills in the field of broadly understood patient relations, as well as the effective performance of tasks assigned or delegated by the supervising doctor in office procedures, in the organisation and computerisation of the medical entity's work, keeping medical records or financing medical services.

You will learn

In choosing the Health Services Administrator specialisation, you will have the necessary competencies in the following areas: applicable General Data Protection Regulations; the operation of IT systems in health care; preparation and keeping of medical records; settling and control of health services and medical procedures based on the diagnosis-related group system; management and organisation in health care; patients' rights.

A health services administrator is a very important position in the organisational structure of any health facility. As the number of medical facilities, private surgeries and specialist clinics in the health market is constantly growing, the market demand for such skills is also going to increase.
