Quality and production management (studies in English)

The aim of the Quality and Production Management studies (master’s degree) is to equip students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to manage the industrial transformation 4.0 process, with particular emphasis on the quality of product development, modern production organisation tools and the skills of an Industry 4.0 manager. The studies last three semesters and are conducted in the full-time form.

The studies will prepare you to perform various tasks related to transformation 4.0 in companies. The study program has been prepared to help transformation 4.0 leaders in their future work and is designed to provide you with the maximum amount of knowledge on the latest solutions in the industry, but its main goal is to teach students the competencies related to the management and implementation of effective transformation 4.0.

During your studies, you will learn about individual elements related to transformation 4.0, e.g., digitisation and digital change in companies, the Internet of Things, automatisation and intelligent machines, adapting production to the needs of individual customers, cybersecurity, and simulations.

Possible employment

You have a very large selection of possible employment opportunities. Almost every company needs specialists in the field of quality and production management. Moreover, all enterprises must face the challenge of transformation 4.0. You can run your own company or work in all types of companies (both production and service – micro, small, medium or large, in production and quality departments), in design, research and consulting departments dealing with production and quality engineering, in business and administrative units that require technical, economic and IT knowledge as well as organisational skills, especially in terms of Revolution 4.0.
