COOPERATION WITH THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT

Our scientific and research mission is to create practical theory-based solutions to contemporary organisational, management and engineering challenges that can be implemented in various types of both business and non-profit organisations.

In addition to the standard activities related to student education and research work, we strive to meet the needs of the external environment. For several years, the Faculty of Management has had a Business Representatives Advisory Council, whose activities reflect the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience between academics, entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of regional organisations and local government officials. Combining theoretical issues arising from the research and academic practice of the Faculty staff with the broadly understood problems of contemporary business functioning is important for the development of our socio-economic environment.

In view of the above, we encourage you to start cooperation with our Faculty!
We propose joint activities in the following areas:
  • Training, specialised consulting, research and consultancy services aimed at representatives of external institutions in the field of management, marketing, management engineering, finance and accounting, statistics or business English.
  • A bank of practical training, internships and job offers – by means of practical training and internships, companies have the opportunity to get to know our students and select those best suited to their expectations and needs.
  • Conferences organised by the Faculty of Management on the latest trends and solutions in various spheres of contemporary business, which may prove useful in the work of companies in the market.
  • First- and second-cycle studies, doctoral school and postgraduate studies.
  • Sponsorship of the teaching and research base, equipment, publications, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and other important scientific and educational projects carried out by the Faculty of Management.
  • Exchange of knowledge and experience between management theoreticians and practitioners in addition to the creation of new scientific and expert projects.
