Information that the foreign certificate entitles the candidate to start post-secondary studies in the issuing country
Sworn translation into Polish language, or a translation certified by a Polish consul, stating that the candidate’s certificate authorizes him/her to apply to University in the issuing country.
Authorization of the certificate by an Education Supervision Body. Does not apply to documents issued in EU, OECD, EFTA, EOG countries, or such countries with which Poland has agreements on education authorization
Remember that at the time of admission you must have health insurance for at least 30,000 EUR
3 up-to-date photos of the candidate (size: 35x45 mm; on the back of each of the photos there should be written the candidate’s name and additionally on one of them – permanent residence address
