Klauzula informacyjna RODO dla XII Konferencji Naukowej
pt. „Dylematy i wyzwania zarządzania organizacjami”.

1. Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych jest Politechnika Częstochowska z siedzibą w Częstochowie 42-201 przy ul. Dąbrowskiego 69.

2. Kontakt z inspektorem ochrony danych jest możliwy pod ww. adresem lub mailowo: iodo@pcz.pl 

3. Twoje dane osobowe pozyskane w związku z uczestnictwem w konferencji, w tym dane podane w formularzu zgłoszeniowym, a także dane w postaci utrwalonego podczas konferencji wizerunku (w formie zdjęć lub nagrań wideo), są przetwarzane w celu:

• organizacji wydarzenia, w tym w szczególności rejestracji uczestniczek/uczestników konferencji (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO);
• promocji wydarzenia lub naszej działalności poprzez publikację zdjęć i nagrań z organizowanych wydarzeń – na podstawie naszego uzasadnionego interesu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO);
• obrony przed roszczeniami i dochodzenia swoich praw – na podstawie naszego uzasadnionego interesu (art. 6 1 lit. f RODO);

4. Twoje dane osobowe mogą być powierzone do przetwarzania lub udostępnione:

• naszym pracownikom, współpracownikom oraz podmiotom zewnętrznym wykonującym dla nas określone usługi – na podstawie odpowiednich upoważnień lub umów powierzenia przetwarzania;
• organom uprawnionym do żądania dostępu do danych jeśli na podstawie orzeczenia lub decyzji uprawnionego organu lub przepisów powszechnie obowiązującego prawa będziemy zobowiązani je udostępnić;
• dostawcom systemu do szkoleń online (Microsoft Corporation).

5. Transfer danych do Państw trzecich.

W związku z wykorzystaniem do szkoleń narzędzia MS Teams, Pani/a dane mogą być przekazywane przez dostawcę systemu, firmę Microsoft Corporation do Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki [USA]. Ze względu na brak stwierdzenia wobec USA odpowiedniego poziomu ochrony dla przetwarzanych danych osobowych, administrator oparł to przekazanie na standardowych klauzulach umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję UE. 6. Posiada Pan/i prawo żądania dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, a także ich sprostowania (poprawiania). Przysługuje także prawo do żądania usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, a także sprzeciwu na przetwarzanie, przy czym przysługuje ono jedynie w sytuacji, jeżeli dalsze przetwarzanie nie jest niezbędne do wywiązania się przez Administratora z obowiązku prawnego i nie występują inne nadrzędne prawne podstawy przetwarzania.

 7. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo wniesienia skargi na realizowane przez Administratora przetwarzanie do Prezesa UODO (uodo.gov.pl).

 8. Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, jednak niezbędne do udziału w konferencji. Udostępnienie wizerunku podczas konferencji jest dobrowolne i nie wpływa na możliwość udziału w szkoleniu.

9. Pani/Pana dane osobowe nie będą podlegały zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, ani profilowaniu.

GDPR Information Clause for the 12th Scientific Conference

titled "Dilemmas and Challenges of Organizational Management."

 1. The Controller of your personal data is the Częstochowa University of Technology, located at ul. Dąbrowskiego 69, Częstochowa, 42-201.

2. You can contact the Data Protection Officer at the above-mentioned address or by email: iodo@pcz.pl 

3. Your personal data obtained in connection with your participation in the conference, including the data provided in the registration form, as well as data in the form of images captured during the conference (in the form of photos or videos), are processed for the following purposes:

-       organizing the event, including in particular the registration of conference participants (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR);

-       promoting the event or our activities by publishing photos and recordings from the events – based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR); • defending against claims and asserting our rights – based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

 4. Your personal data may be entrusted for processing or made available to:

-       our employees, collaborators, and external entities performing specific services for us – based on appropriate authorizations or processing agreements;

-       authorities authorized to request access to data if we are required to provide it based on a ruling or decision of an authorized body or provisions of generally applicable law.

-       providers of the online training system (Microsoft Corporation).

 5. Data Transfer to Third Countries.

In connection with the use of the MS Teams tool for training, your data may be transferred by the system provider, Microsoft Corporation, to the United States of America [USA]. Due to the lack of an adequate level of protection for the processed personal data in the USA, the controller based this transfer on standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission.  6. You have the right to request access to your personal data and to rectify (amend) it. You also have the right to request erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, but this is only possible if further processing is not necessary for the Controller to comply with a legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing.

 7. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing carried out by the Controller with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

 8. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the conference. Sharing your image during the conference is voluntary and does not affect your ability to participate in the training.

 9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
